Great service

Rob was confident he could increase our followers total by x. He ended up doubling the total he thought he could reach. He communicated throughout the process which was very important to me as this was all new to me. He was great to work with and I would highly recommend him to anyone!

Apparently I have misunderstood the service provided. I was told they would provide: Page/channel evaluation, 30 days of social media engagement, full-time engagement, action plan. My assumption is that this would mean interacting and gaining a good following for our page (not just 60) as well as receiving an action plan at the end of the service including how I can move forward, gain more followers, etc. robsocialmedia told me "If you want to get some kind of action plans on how to work with your Twitter profile then you need a business consultant." I found this to be a very ignorant and unprofessional response. Would not recommend!

We have gained this user 62 authentic, real followers for his new profile on Twitter. That is a big win and we have delivered what was promising. A user leaving a 1-star review because he didn't get "the action plan" after the management even when we don't mention that we do provide it.
